The Story Behind PurpleLab Creative
Sometimes the best ideas come from the simplest moments. When it came time to name the business, it started with a question: what makes me happy? The answer was easy—the color purple and my four Labradors. From that, PurpleLab Creative was born: a name that reflects both creativity and a personal foundation rooted in what matters most.
The path to founding PurpleLab Creative in April 2024 wasn’t part of a long-term plan. After unexpectedly stepping away from a role I had spent years building, I found myself at a crossroads. What came next was both surprising and affirming—former clients began reaching out, asking for support with design, websites, publications, and operational needs.
What started as helping others quickly evolved into something more intentional.
